How do I obliterate
Been playing a while, and still haven't figured out how to obliterate. any help?

When you reach stage five, interact with the teleporter's prongs so it "aligns to the planet", this will send you back to stage one. After a few more stages (eight in total) a celestial portal will appear. Take it, and interact with the obelisk at the end.

to add to this, make sure you interact twice and don't go through the portal, otherwise you just continue the run.

also in stage 8 do not activate any Newt altar since you can confuse them if they are next to each other, though you can still check which one is which, and after do a bit of parkour and touch the altar at the end, however if you do it in monsoon, you will have to fight some more enemies and that is also a way to obtain the mastery of the characters and will end your run
