Multiplayer game crashes after 25-90 min of gameplay

It varies every time, and I cant seem to find anything about why. Trying to play with a friend of mine, both them connecting to me and vice versa - but after awhile the game just disconnects us, and the disconnected person just has the game kinda.. stop responding?

A lot of us have found that disabling cross-play fixes the disconnect issue.

Disconnect does not mean crash. Just letting you know in case you ever need support from someone in fixing a game's issues. Disable cross-play and it'll fix the issues, since cross-play is still new and in dire need of bug fixing.

A friend and I had issues with disconnects and the client crashing after the disconnect. We both had no issues after disabling cross-play.

I know it is not the be-all end-all but some times one thing can cause another :)
