The faster you're moving, the harder the charge/thunder punch hits; So you want to be moving as fast as possible when you release it (This applies to both punch types.) And it recharges so fast that by the time you line up your next punch, you're likely already charged and ready to punch again.. And grapple shares a similar cooldown. Both are 5s; Just about long enough to build momentum, charge, and go. If you can get a backup mag or two, even better.
Focus on eliminating heavy targets and groups for quick cash, and use your ludicrous mobility to stay far ahead of the throng of weak enemies while also collecting items.
In the early game, With a fully charged high momentum punch (As in, on the down swing of a grapple at the fastest you're likely to go) you can one shot pretty much everything even with no items- You'll even do monumental if not fatal damage to the teleporter boss. So you don't need to be crazy aggressive like some other classes. Bide and strike, bide and strike.
I do best with Loader when I focus exclusively on the big charged punches. Regular punches don't give you enough armor to keep you alive on Monsoon, don't even bother. By grappling into a charged punch you can literally launch yourself across the battlefield damaging everything in your path and simultaneously getting out of harm's way. In and out.
One backup magazine is nice for the occasional time you need one more grapple. Crowbars are great on Loader, and the two green rings. If you get the hang of Loader she is probably the easiest character in the game.
the fact that for now Loader has the record for fastest speedrun
in RoR2 is just a fluke, using Op's Logic

Or if you get Lucky with items your can fly with a hardlight afterburner and a few purity. Using his thunder punch. It goes off Quick enough to keep him airborne . Combined with some band's and blast shower gestures combo he can do some silly damage.
Loader is also a girl. I know... I didn't know this either until I double checked in-game.
