Hooks of heresy is godlike on Bandit

It synergizes so well with Bandit's passive. Backstab crits for days that just melt anything remotely tough, and it gives Bandit the AoE that his base kit lacks.

Hooks works even better on Captain if you ask me because Captain’s M2 is the worst one in the game by far (except Rex seed rain)

Seed rain is bad? That’s news to me. Seemed excellent at spamming on-hit effects if you build with such items. Cooldown reduction mixed with extra mags and you can spam things like ATG missiles constantly. Doesn’t feel as strong as the other attack, but it can hold its own with the right items. The other ability is probably better, but the seed rain isn’t inherently bad.
