I'm running it adequately with a 10th gen i7-1065G7 on integrated graphics.

Maybe for the first loop when things are relatively tame, you could maybe manage 30-45 fps at the lowest settings. I was able to get around 30 fps on my pc with an i7 9700k and intel 630 uhd graphics before getting a dedicated gpu.

Depends. If you have only i3 then it most likely won't run, because the i3 surface pro 7 has much worse integrated graphics than i5 and i7,

you are good to go, i have a cheap $150 amd based laptop with integrated vega 3 graphics that i use when at school and it gets around 20fps at default settings 1600x900 BUT

this game's video/graphic settings are amazing with alot of customization and can get a solid 60+ fps on higher levels on monsoon with the all the settings toned down at 1200x720. And if you really need to push past 60fps you can always set the resolution even lower and make the game look like early ps2 graphics and get the nostalgia factor.
