Vanish endings?

So I played on a pub and died at the very last second on the run while the ship was charging. Lucky, someone else on the server finished the charging event and finished the run. But I noticed that Huntress's usual quote was changed to something else.

It's usually "..And so she left, yearning for her next great hunt." or something like that.
But when this time it was "...And so she vanished, never to hunt again." or something like that

Are there 2 different ending quotes for each character? Or were the quotes updated sometime ago?

I believe you get an alternate quote if you died, but another survivor got out.

Yeah if you died during the Mithrix fight and your friend finished it and beat the game, you're considered to have died and not escaped, so you get the "vanished" text instead.

Is there a video or a log of the vanish endings? they sound like a good read but i don't really like the idea of making/going into pubs just to go see them
