Yellow and Red Scraps
Most players don't dream of scrapping boss and legend items, but you have to if you want to complete the logbook. You guarantee one of each by going to the Gold Coast and beating Aurelionite, and making it to stage 4 for either that stages' Legendary chest or AWU Hidden boss.
Defensive Microbots
Hoo boy...
Unlock Captain. Unlock Doppleganger Artifact.
Dopple Artifact spawns "you" with all your items, drops one of your items when killed. Play as Captain with Dopple. Wait 10mins in stage 1 without getting any items and then kill Dopple when he spawns. He will drop your only held item (Defensive Microbots). Make a cup of tea since this is tedious and you deserve a break.
Irradiated Pearl
Can only be found as a 4% (1/25) replacement for the normal pearl in a Lunar Cleansing Pool. Requires you to not only have a ton of Lunar items to trade (Beads of Fealty are the safest bet) but also finding one of the little bastards is a chore in itself. They spawn only in: Wetland Aspect, Scorched Acres and Siren's Call (Stages 2, 3 and 4 respectively) and require little more than pure RNG. The best advice I can offer is that when you go to the Newt Bazaar, check the dreaming pools to go to one of these stages if possible.
Runalds' and Kjaros' bands:
Play as Engineer or Captain. Get to Abandoned Aqueduct (Stage 2) either naturally or through Bazaar dreaming pool. Scattered around that map are two sand-coloured buttons on the ground that need to be both pressed at the same time. Place a turret or drop a Pylon onto one and then step on another - this will open access to both the named Elder Elite Lemurians. They drop their namesakes when defeated and unlock them for future runs. Rare only because you it can't be done solo without the two aformentioned classes.
Gesture of the Drowned:
Play up to stage 5. When you get to Sky Meadows and find the teleporter, use the prongs around it to redirect it "to the planet". Doing so will allow a second loop. On the second loop, try to get Titanic plains (Again, naturally or Dreaming pool). Hermit crabs will now be allowed to spawn here and moving near them will cause them to scuttle away. Do so in such a way that the yeet themselves off the map. Repeat 20 times to unlock. Make another cup of tea.
Preon Accumulator:
Get to Rallypoint Delta (Stage 3) through any means within 10 minutes. Find the red glowing flare markers - there will be a Timed Chest nearby. Open it for the item and for future unlock. Not much I can say: Get your hoof on. Or play Prismatic Trials and hope for Rallypoint as Stage 1.
Those are the big offenders (Microbots in particular is just dumb to get). if you have them all already: more power to you, but I can't help much more without knowing where on the logbook chart your missing items are.
There's two of em on the red line, one on the yellow line, about 7 lunar and one activable.
Yes, you're correct. Thank you for that clarification :)
