Can't find pillar of blood final level

I've been playing this level for ages trying to but for some reason the pillar of blood just won't show up for me.
Did they really have to make the final level so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tedious.

Active pillars have blue beam going towards the sky.
Pillar of Blood might not always be active, there's other types as well.

Either way there is supposed to be a 4th pillar on 1 of the islands but for some reason it's not there for me.
I've activated the pillars of literally every other island there is and i've watched playthroughs that had a pillar in that particular large room i'm missing.

The pillars are in random spots. An island might have no pillars at all. Look for a beam of light in the sky.
