Pillars of Blood not spawning
I've been stuck in commencement for about half an hour where I'm at 3/4 activated pillars, I circled the map countless of times and I cannot find the pillar of blood. What the hell happened?

- Pillar types and locations are randomized on each run

- Look to beams of light in the sky. Those should point you to the next pillar

I found it, it was hiding behind some pillar indoors. Wow that was a headache
