Does Artifact of Sacrifice items despawn?

So if you don't pick up items droped by monsters do the eventually become to despawn (like oldest one dissapear)? Or you can have infinite amount of them lying around?

no despawn, i wait until i do the teleport to gather them all without creatures shooting at me.

A long time ago, (before bandit, possibly 2020) last time i played engineer, i did the usual bungus with ukelele and mk missiles with a clover and i was in the void, i had to go afk for dinner, when i came back my usual 120fps was down to fluctuating 1-6fps and the area was just filled with about 400 essence. So no, they don't despawn.

I left engi in... im forgetting where its called - the gold golem area where time stands still - with sacrifice and command on overnight once. The game didn't crash, but it took like 20 seconds per frame. The ground almost looked like snow. It was too laggy to bother picking things up. Force quit the game.

yeah if you plan on doing that, turn off command.

Well, It is indeed disgusting. One way to see this arts are like "build in" cheats. But you can also think about them like totally different game. Like, you enable it, and it's no longer ROR, but some other game.

But I still use them to get some very tedious hero challanges. Artifact of glass is very good for this too. Although I made huge amount of fails with it ._.

I disagree. Having spent 100 hours playing command+sacrifice, that combination is not fun to play with unless you get the mod Command Queue.
