Soldier's syringe: Good on any melee and ranged character with no reload because it functions as a DPS boost
Lensmakers glasses: Get crits for all your hits. Note you don't need as many if you're only concerned with m2 because of its proc value.
Will of the Wisps: Overpowered with crowbars
Crowbar: One shot, one kill...
Ceremonial Dagger: Good on literally anyone, especially with will of the wisps & crowbars as it leaves the daggers free to attack any big enemies that survive the initial wave of explosions
Predatory Instincts: Like a souped up soldier's syringe that only triggers when getting crits.
Shatterspleen: Tri-tip daggers without the daggers...
Royal Capacitor: Preon Cannon but without the bonkers cooldown and retains high dmg. OP with fuel cells.
Harvester's Scythe: Heal on crits.

Now for some items that specifically work well with huntress along with the above:
Hardlight afterburner: If you don't have her alt travel move this is nice to have as it gives you more flexibility to dodge telegraphed high damage attacks (like titan lasers)
Strides of Heresy: Like the above but it replaces your travel move and you heal during it whilst being invulnerable. Helpful against mithrix.
Any speed boosting items: Helps negate huntress' low hp with speed tank.
Little Disciple: More helpful in the late late game but can help clear the stage of small enemies and even bosses with the right build whilst rushing the teleporter. Recommended difficulty lvl 99 to get this since getting hit will surely send you to the shadow realm, but it works anywhere after the first loop.
Kjaro's/Runalds Bands: Inch out more dmg on bosses, but be warned it gets hard to control if you use it with ceremonial dagger.
Warhorn: If you choose to stack royal caps with fuel cells this helps inch out your bow dps whilst zapping the boss(es).
Aegis: Only really good on Huntress in the late late game where there are enough enemies to overheal constantly if you're using harvester's scythes. Can work anywhere if you manage to get it with a rejuvenation rack but you're wasting more valuable legendary slots (assuming you're playing on command).
Just my opinion based on my playstyle but here's why I think those items are kinda meh on Huntress (especially if on command when you can choose):
Ukelele is good but I think it is eclipsed by Will of the Wisps especially if you can get more than one. Will of the wisps adds like +250% damage per stack so you can pretty quickly instakill a boss my merit of detonating a wisp that happened to be next to it lol. Meanwhile Ukelele stacks only affect range and how many enemies it can be targeted. I have only found ukelele more useful than wisps for stacking on-hit effects in the late endgame, usually harvester scythes to buff an aegis on someone like engi when fighting elite bosses.
Missiles aren't very good on huntress imho because her attacks are slow yet powerful. Missiles are VERY powerful on Mul-T or Commando because they attack quickly and thus have a much higher chance to trigger the missiles, even factoring in huntress' proc value.
So, if you trigger a missile with a capacitor the missile will hit a lot harder than the capacitor. If you trigger it with a ballista shot it will hit as much as the entire ballista.
I mean if you ask me missiles are great even on a heretic with all its skills cleansed :), and a capacitor as equipment, with, some cells, and gesture.
An example. Capacitor triggering missile, with only one stack: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PJGV1QyBl9I
Missiles (And total damage items now that we're at it) are usually good for everyone, because... if your attacks are fast and weak (with decent proc coefficient) you proc a lot of weak missiles which will result in a lot of weak proc chains. If your attacks are slow and powerful, you proc only a few, but very powerful missiles which will result in very powerful (but not as frequent) proc chains.
If you use command artifact add a clover and everything will go brrr...
Not saying Will of the wisps is bad, since it's consistent, with aoe and can trigger itself (but its damage is base damage so it doesn't scale with the attack that triggered it). I'm just saying that missiles are also great and using a huntress doesn't change that.
I don't say to stack it. Just having the effect is nice. Ukulele is also total damage so the 80% damage it has is also multiplied by the damage of the thing that triggered it. So if a Will of the wisp procs the ukulele the ukulele will cause 80% of the damage of the Will of the wisp to the stuff around it. Since the damage of the Ukulele in that situation ALSO scales with the stacks of the Will of the Wisp, I mean it would be broken if it were to scale also with its own stacks.
Anyways, huntress is great for proc chains and one more item to proc= more booms and sparks and dead things on the screen and I love that.
The former scales quite nicely on Huntress due to her having the lowest base HP in the game and the baroach barrier being a set amount instead of %, while shaped glass is more of a high risk / high reward item that blends nicely with huntress' auto aim and great agility.
Bison Steaks are also not bad in the early game due to her low health total, as are Infusions.
Backup Magazine turns the glaive into a great anti-aggro tool since you can spam it and, if used in midair, it stops your falling momentum allowing you to briefly glide.
Repulsion Armor Plates shield huntress from attacks such as the Blazing Elites', whom can quickly burn you to a crisp if you slip up, and Tougher Times are good on everyone (especially huntress due to how squishy she is).
full crit, scythe, predatory, and anything that says "on hit"? (with a few defense and movement items too)
its almost like you guys dont want to be able to click on an enemy and have your pc lag with random projectiles for less than a second before the enemy disintegrates.
Crit glasses (white item)
Syringes (white item)
Harvester scythe (green item)
Predatory Instincts (green item)
Shatterspleen (boss item)
Pretty much alternate between those three items with each pickup and you'll start doing crazy damage and have some respectable sustain, and of course mix in whatever defensive items like teddy bears or broaches whenever you feel the need. Hope this helps!
tip: any item that causes AOE damage (wisps, gasoline, ukulele etc) is amazing on huntress.
