Hi all. I do all the achievements at Risk of Rain 2 and I can't find drone tc-280. Someone tell me if he is in the game at the moment?

They are, they're just rare as hell. They only spawn on Rallypoint Delta as well. I've gotten like 2, but never with Captain.

I couldn't find this drone yesterday for 150 minutes playing as the captain. I even used radar scanners. try again today

I would recommend using newt's shop if you have the coin to force Rallypoint Delta since, as Lord_Toaster previously said, the TC-280 Prototype can only spawn on that specific stage.

Artifact of command removes scappers, cleansing pools, 3D printers, and multishops. Artifact of sacrifice removes RANDOM chests, large chests, RANDOM legendary chests, equipment barrels, adaptive chests, multishops, healing chests, damage chests, utility chests, and lunar pods. Since the game uses a weighted table to randomly generate a certain amount of things you can interact with, using command and sacrifice together significantly reduces the amount of things that could generate instead of the TC-280. The same also works to get more golden shrines if you want to go for the Aurelionite monster log, with the added bonus of being able to make all red items into clovers to increase the log's drop rate.

I have found tc-280 spawns every time on rallypoint delta - or the stars have aligned with me two dozen times. He seems to spawn randomly around the map so just look for two bulky fans sticking out of the snow and that should be it. Costs around the same as a legendary chest

[/quAnd I've only found them on sacrifice swarms runs, so that would make sense.

Stage 3 only on rallypoint delta, they're the massive drones that usually cost a couple thousand dollars.

Use command and sacrifice to remove as many of the spawns. command removes scrappers, printers, and cleansing pools, while sacrifice removes all things that give you items with exception of the legendary chest on stage 4. Pretty much the only interactables that spawn are pain shrines, shrine of orders, drones, turrets, and newt altars. Oh, but it doesn't remove things that are 100% to spawn like the timer chest and a rusty lockbox if you have the key
