N'kuhana's opinion if you have bustling fungus already.
That's the big one.
Pretty much anything and everything scales very well with his turrets though. All procs, all healing items (minus slug mayb), fire rate, critical, CDR, etc. Even war banners, though you level up wayy less eventually.
The only thing I'd really leave out is shields, which sadly includes wake of vultures (though I avoid it on most classes in the first place). Turrets can't dodge stuff, so if your shield amount pops over 10% of their HP it's actively bad for you.
If want more max hp but no healing without waiting 7 seconds then: transcendence, pearls, dios, genesis loop, knurls, shield gens, stealth kits, just nothing that involves healing.
Personaly prefering the second option bcs later things like imp overlords, magma worms etc just gonna shred the turrets no matter how many healing items they have and the only items that can save them is aegis with tons of shrooms if using stationary, the walking ones need pure max hp to survive one-shots.
The disappointing reality is that Personal Shield Generators make your turrets more vulnerable.
If you get stealth kits it gives them more of an opportunity to OSP, too.
