what does the ukelele DO?
it just says "and his music was electric" but what does that mean? what does it do?

Logbook will explain it, but it has a 20% chance of sending out electric bursts that hits enemies close to the enemy you hit for 80% of the damage it took. More Ukuleles makes it zap more enemies.

^ pretty much this.
Also, the electric bursts can proc other on hit items IIRC. So it's really good for dealing damage to multiple enemies.
