PSA: Beads of Fealty and Unlocking Skins on Monsoon (spoilers)

Picked up the Beads of Fealty but died on the bonus boss on Monsoon, didn't unlock the skin.

Don't make the same mistake I did if you're going for skin unlocks; Just obliterating yourself at the obelisk isn't enough if you pick up the beads, you have to beat the boss too.

Not gonna lie though I feel kinda cheated, since verbatim the challenge description simply states "obliterate yourself at the obelisk", and the prompt at the obelisk is to obliterate yourself. I think Hopoo should definitely clarify this in-game.

That makes no sense. The beads can't be a loophole for unlocking skins since their trigger requirement is the same exact one as getting the skin unlock. Literally, the same.

The difference in being that having the Beads of Fealty in your inventory turns the obelisk into a Teleporter. You need to beat the boss to earn your right to be obliterated.

If you activated the obelisk, but are still alive to fight a boss, you aren't really "obliterated" are you?
