Report a translation problem
No the developers recently mentioned that they hadn't added in a lot of enemies and that the system would be fixed alongside the tougher enemies being implemented. Check the Dev Talks 2, I believe they said it there.
Dunno if in RoR2 the system will change but in the first game (devs said they are literally copyin the whole system of RoR1) enemies will not level up more after reach HAHAHA, the only thing as i said will change are the enemies numbers. Even if devs said "high tier monsters" they will not keep levelin or scale like you, they just stop at a certain point, also if you dont know, if you use 3d printers for unequip items enemies will star spawin again.
