Ukulele procs
so can one lightning proc from the Ukulele jump to a unit more than once?

Uh... yeah. 3 targets +2 per stack, though they have to be in range.

not what i meant. say there are 2 units. and i have a few stacks of it. could it jump back and fourth between the two repeatedly?

The lightning does not repeat on a target. So eight targets nearby and you have enough ukeleles to hit 10 targets. Each of the eight targets will get hit once by the lightning and then it stops.
