So Tesla Coil 2? damn that's unluncky, i hope i never get that again.
The damage is not as high I believe, but basically. Not sure if tesla's bolts go from enemy to enemy or just from the wielder to multiple enemies, which would make ukulele worse if there was a group of players versus it, as it would tag all of those nearby. Also, with ukulele, they have to hit you, whereas tesla fires from vicinity automatically.
Every hit enemy has a chance to spawn the lightning, probably looked like it was constantly looping because of that. The problem is the item doesn't work if there's just 1 enemy, as it has nowhere to bounce to, which is the case when enemy has the item but you're playing alone, so they probably made it to be that way, where it bounces of the caster.
Okay, no Chaos I guess, hmm then.
