I want to wipe my save for the new update. How can I?

Can anyone tell me how to wipe my save? I can't seem to find any save files anywhere. Thanks.

you can create a new profile, that should work.

The save management is actually infurating. I had an old profile with some hours playtime and it's also saved on my steam cloud. There is no possibility to delete something from your steam cloud so you are stuck with that profile forever. When I delete the profiles on my harddrive, the game still tries to load them and the profile list contains "Corrupted Profile" entries that stay forever. You cannot delete profiles and each new profile you create will be there forever too, and if you try to delete them you will get corrupt profile entries. So much for a clean slate, absolutely garbage.

During my testing, deleting, reinstalling, trying to get these ♥♥♥♥ profiles to delete, I now have 3 profiles, 2 with the same name, cannot delete any of them, and if I do I get corrupt entries. Why there is no simple "delete profile" button is absolutely beyond me.

EDIT: There is a delete profile. It's just stated nowhere. There is no button and no info that it exists, but pressing Delete while hovering over a profile will delete it. *sigh*

You do know Steam Cloud can be turned off, right?

You do know Steam Cloud can be turned off, right?

Turning off Steam Cloud was not the point, because deleting saves locally even after turning steam cloud off just resulted in corrupted entries. See my edit for the actual fix.

I was referring to your "there is no way to delete something off of cloud" but that's not correct. That's all I was implying.
