Online Multiplayer with friends not working.
Me and one of my friends have got Risk of Rain 2 to play together, but its not working. When I try to add him to the lobby by pressing the plus icon In the multiplayer area of the game, nothing happens. I think I will re-download the game. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Just as I thought, restarting it did not work. does the other person you want to play with have to be in the multiplayer lobby to in order for online multiplayer on a private server to work?

Have you tried hosting from the character select screen, then inviting him?

I think I fixed it. I talked to 'liveinthe7th' (streamer on twitch) and he told me to copy my lobby id to my clipboard and then press the "+" sign. when I did that the list of my friends came up. thx for your help tho
