And more than 100% chance to crit obviously wont do anyting anymore
+5% from the scythe and "faster attack speed on crit" items (extra stacks of those items don't give more crit chance though)
+10% for each glasses item
1% innate crit chance
9 glasses + both of those green items is enough to reach 100% crit chance
It depends on who you're playing as.
Commando's Double Tap has a 1.0 Proc-co, so any % are exactly as listed. This means each stack of Lens gives 10% crit up til you hit the cap at a 10 stack. That's feasable if you see a 3D printer on say, stage 4 or 5.
Things get a little more complicated when looking as REX whom has a 0.5 Proc Co on his Syringes. This means the listed % only gives half effect, so it takes a 20 stack for 100% crit. That would require really good RNG on whites, as well as a 3D printer. Or Command.
1% base crit.
+10% per LMGlasses.
+5% and no more from Harvester's Scythe.
+5% and no more from Predatory Instincts.
In a typical run, you want 9 Glasses and no more for 91% crit, then you get your final 9(10)% from HS and PI.
I think. If I screwed up, it's probably with the +5%s as I'm unclear if it's for both together, or each individual item.
Every crit roll uses Util.CheckRoll() which does not take proc coefficient (or anything hit-related) as a parameter but uses CharacterMaster to get their luck
On the topic of proc coefficients, Mul-T's nailgun is 0.4 which I believe requires 25 glasses. Suffice to say it's better to just get 10 glasses and stack several attack speed items to compensate.
Edit: That's a lot of misguiding from other players, I've seen a lot of people saying you need 25 LMG on the nailgun.

Interesting, thanks for that.
