Got an Artifact but it says it's DISABLED
Right guys, a quick question, me and my mate managed to get 2 artifacts, but when i'm in the menu trying to activate them, it says that they're disabled? While my mate can activate them with no problems?? Is it a bug/glitch or what? And is there a way to resolve it? Cheers.

I can't describe how stupid I feel. I tried everything and unlocked the command artifact 2 times before finding this.
