Disconnects on Multiplayer 3+

I have had disconnects while playing with friends in games with 3 players or more.
Does anyone know any fix?

It is very frustrating.
We could have some reconnect feature, would be good.

Hey,

We have the same problem here, 2P in Moonsoon difficulty, disconnected after stage 4 and 5 for no reason, with a black screen.

Played for hours yesterday with 3-4 people with no issues at all. Today i have tried 3-4 rounds with 2 players and every time we get disconnected after 15-20 minutes.

Yeah... Started experiencing this problems today.

But I had mainly played 2 players. So I was not sure if it could be a problem at 3+ range...
Considering we host locally... it is a weird problem.

Here we get a black screen, everybody... We tried everyone hosting at a time.

"When Steam gets a server hitch, all active RoR2 games lose connection to Steam and shut down - what people are experiencing as the “Black Screen” issue. Those have been (will be) resolved (in the next update) by decoupling the need for Steam lobbies to be active for a game session to stay open."

I really hope they do fix. I have bought licenses for a lot of friends. It is very frustrating not being able to play with them!

It looks like internet connection issues, did you try to change the host? Even if your internet connections are good, it could be the connection between players, the route between you and the host.

I play pretty much every day with 2 other friends, we never had a problem to lose connection, but sometimes one of us gets a high ms that stops everything from happening, and then everything happens really fast, hard to deal with, you die and you don't even see how.

Just had this occur in a game with my friend. Just got to round 5 and we just did the boss and beat it. Then I lagged out after 30 minutes of perfect connection. I'm etherneted to the router so it is not on my end.... I just want to be able to finish the game with my friend.
