1: Do some items stack additively and others multiplicatively? There's no way stacking tougher times 7 times will 105% chance to block damage.
2: Can burns and bleeds crit?
3: If you can go over 100% on certain items how does that work? (like can you get a crit on a crit for 4x or apply bleed twice in 1 hit)
4: Can burn apply bleed?

1 - google it, there is a formula for this item. each bear added give less % chance compared to the previous one
2 - no
3 - crit cap, apply on hit cap, some have their dmg increase or duration etc but it's usually told
4 - bleed is only on hit, not trough other effect
