Is it possible to get multiple Queen's gland?

It has yet to happen to me, and once I took a mountain challenge which usually gives you the same item multiple times but instead gave me Queen's Gland and Infusion.

Logbook claims it stacks to multiple Beetle Guards and it's been my dream to stack them up ever since, but it just never happens. So can it be done, or is the game secretly capping it?

Multiple boss items as reward? Yes, only saw that happen in multiplayer but i think with 2 mountain challenge in solo will work too. (also you can stack boss items if thats your other question but boss items are ultra rare).

Ah so that's the difference! Boss-tier items just won't drop multiples.

What I was specifically wondering about was getting multiple Queen's Gland, and therefore multiple Beetle Guards, over the course of one run, and just wanted to see any screenshots/videos of it.

You will have multiple Beetle guardians but in late game they are really useless and they usually die in 3 hits xD but for have fun sure, the good one for stack is the stone titan boss item whic gives you health renegeration and health increase, in RoR 1 was the best boss item and now is actually amazin beacuse we dont have any decent health increase item.

You can and will get multiple guardians. Also confirmed useless sacrifices to the worm gods late game.

On my first runs I always had the beetle queen boss on my solo runs on the first 2 stages and both stages did drop a gland, And yes you can stack them and have ,ore guardians running around with you. But what I found is that they do not realy scale to well and will die pretty fast later on, becomming pretty useless as where other items would be more effective.

yea iv had 4. but those beetles are usless past round 10

i had 7 queen gland but only 4 beetle guards spawned
