Anyone having strange PC noises?

Alright so, I booted up ROR2 this morning to play and as soon as the main menu loaded my PC (or more specifically my graphics card, most likely anyway) started making a soft/low buzzing/humming noise. As soon as I heard this I shut the game off and tried starting up some other games and none of them made my computer produce that strange noise. I booted up ROR2 again and whenever I clicked around the menu's, in between screens (the black transition screen) the noise would stop. As soon as the menu loaded however there would be a small beep and the noise would resume. Now by far the weirdest part is when I loaded into a game. Whenever I panned the camera around the humming would change in pitch, getting lower or higher depending on which direction I looked. I am obviously perplexed by this whole situation and was wondering if anyone else was having a similar "issue"?

Sounds like transistor humming. Have you tried fiddling around with MSI Afterburner?

You're getting coil whine from your GPU most likely.

That sounds like coil whine. It is not dangerous for your graphics card in any way, just kind of annoying sometimes.
Often turning on vsync will remove the sound.

hi if you haven't yet limit the fps on your game, i suspect ror2 is using your gpu to the max capacity during main screen/loading screen

Have you tried capping max fps to 60/120? from the graphics drivers control panel?
