How to Enable FPS Counter?

Saw some pictures of what appeared to be an FPS counter in the game's font, so how does one go about activating it? I can't seem to find that particular setting. :S

In your Steam Settings go to In-Game and change the In-game FPS counter dropdown to the corner you want it to show up in.

Well steam has one that works on every game that uses the steam overlay so you could use that.

With the overlay open go to settings and there should be an fps counter tab.
