this is a steam problem not a risk of rain 2 problem this was changed a very long time ago with gifts it wiped tradeing games from other countries completely

the conversion price is litterally £15 to $26.1. the canadian version was like $27. makes no sense

the whole reason they do it is because some games are a hell of alot cheaper or alot more expensive depending on the region you live in, they want to stop people from abusing that system

Blame Steam, don't blame the developers, that's how Steam work, they region-lock gift to prevent peoples from selling games at a cheap price.

Yes, I have the same problem. I bought my game at the Russian Steam Shop, but I wanted to give the second copy to a friend of mine who lives in Europe

If someone wants to exchange an RU key for an EU key, I would appreciate that
