Level spawned nothing but wisps.

about 12 minutes in at the swamp, from the moment I spawned in and until I spawned the boss- which was greater wisps- nothing and I mean NOT A THING spawned except common wisps. Is this some kind of spawn rate bug, or is it related to an unlock or secret?

I think it might be a feature, I had a level like that and I noticed a little text pop up at the start saying 'you smell the air burning' or something like that.

Yes, it's a feature and it's awesome.
I've had both wisps and golems, both accompanied with a message in chat.
Something about the air burning and the ground trembling or something.

It used to be an artefact from the first game, however that affected every level.

I had one for only Imps that was something about the dimension being unstable.

All mobs stopped spawning after 180min into the run. Went into the gold portal, no mobs except starting 5-6 elites, can't afford to lite any torches. FeelsBadMan
