Mage not in Bazaar?

I have 11 lunar coins, spend one to get the portal, and pop in there only to find the crystal with the mage in it isn't appearing for me.

I have seen him there before.

It was a multiplayer game this time (and had been previously).

My multiplayer partner reported that they saw the Mage imprisoned (they don't have them unlocked either) in the crystal even when I was saying they weren't there.

Anyone encountered this?

We just encountered this as well twice in separate games. Not fun :(

The imprisioned mage doesn't appear in multiplayer so you'll have to go there in a Solo run

Uhhh that’s wrong. Got my mage in a multiplayer game it just seems like a sync error

I picked up the Artificer whilst playing with a friend, though I was the host. My friend also reported the timed chest in stage 3 being invisible, so it seems like there's some occasional sync errors in MP right now.
If you're going for Artificer and insist on MP, make sure you're the host.

So you have to collect 11 coins in one run O.o ?? The most i have ever gotten was 3 and this was a 2 hour game that i finally died in since everything was a boss or elite haha. Is it just RNG that you find coins or am i missing something?

Nope, you need to have 11 coins at once to enter the portal and pay for mage, you dont have to find them all in one run.

No. Lunar coins last through every run and character. You don't lose them between runs. Just save up 11 total.
