Thanks for answering my question though.
so its always comes with RNG + restart progress everytime
it's quite addictive tho, even you always lose the progress
How do you progress in Risk of Rain 2 exactly ?
There is no new game +
I'm wondering about this too
The game seems to be completely lacking any kind of progression sadly
Or I don't understand it yet
Just completed a game and survived for over one hour
Back into the menu I got basically nothing new
You should have gotten achievements, achievements in Risk of Rain bring unlocks with them, a new item that can drop from the pool. The progression is to see how long you can lost. With an eventual boss to beat like in the first one. Your progression is how many unlocks you can hit, and how many new items you can get, as some of those items will make your runs last longer, and you'll be able to go faster, clear more teleporters etc. New characters might also better suit your playstyle then the one you're currently using.
Hhmmm ok I understand, I don't now if I should buy this game for me and my friend... The concept seem to be cool otherwise :)
Nice pointless 5-year necro...
By people who are very loose with terms, maybe. RoR2 and those other games are actually rogueLITES, with a "t".
