I spent 1 lunar coin at a lunar shrine and lost all my items
nothing happened afterwords. What's the deal?

Shop Portals / Blue Portals open after teleporter sequence is complete / boss is defeated. Same with Gold / Celestial.

It happens, i lost my items and it gave me back 2 items x11 and x6 as well. using the random lunar on the map has its chances on the shrine

Oh. That's the Shrine of Order. It takes all your items and converts them all into a multiple of a few items and says something along the lines of, like, "Order has been restored" or something or other. I ran into it as well.

accidentally killed one of my monsoon runs 65mins in, i was unkillable as MUL-T then i ♥♥♥♥♥♥ myself by going "ooooooooo shrine", not worth.

where do the portals open? do you have to go hunting for them after clearing the teleport event?

they always spawn right next to the teleporter after you completed it, from what i can tell

i think there is a lunar Shrine that literally converts all of your items into energy drinks... i was playing with a SANIC HUNTRESS
