Survivor stuck in time

I got this to pop up on my first time playing (idk if this is a scripted event) and haven't seen it since. Anyone know how to bring it back? if it helps my friend and i tried to kill the store keeper there and were teleported out of the shop then locked out.

Blue portal seems to be random. I can't get it consistently. But I'm ASSUMING it's the 10 cost, right?

i think you dont need to kill him, but rather need 10 Lunar Coins to unlock that char

and to get to the shopl you need to find, before activeing the Altar, a Lunar Stone thing or something, were you also need to pay 1 Lunar Coin...

I've gotten the shop to appear without using the lunar stone at random.

You put a coin in a newt altar to force the portal to spawn then the 10 cost thing next to the store owner is the aracnist character.

so wait, how do you get it to spawn? you just put a coin into one of the random altars spread around the map?

You need 11 Lunar Coins, 10 if you're lucky and a blue orb spawns. 1 Lunar Coin to a Newt Altar, which spawns the blue orb = blue portal.

10 Lunar Coins = Artificer (The character) It'll be next to the slug/lizard shopkeeper thing.
Don't attack him. You'll be removed from the shop and it'll be blocked off. Not sure if it stays that way for the rest of the run (if you wanted to leave and come back in the same run) Just don't attack the shopkeeper

whats the blue orb btw? i ended up once there with a friend but idk how, do we automatically go there after we beat a stage? or the portal spawns randomly ?

Portal seems to have a chance to spawn randomly, but using an altar for 1 Lunar Coin will force it to spawn. Portal spawns next to the teleporter when you beat the stage and you can choose to go into the blue portal instead of using the teleporter.

Pay 1 lunar coin to a newt altar and it will spawn a blue orb, if you then complete the stage it will spawn a blue portal that will take you to the timeless bazaar. Orbs don't carry over to the next stage so make sure you put a coin into the newt altar BEFORE you activate the teleporter or you're just not gonna have a portal at all.

You need to have 11 Lunar coins (purple currency below your yellow monies). These coins save across your different runs. You need to donate 1 to a newt altar, and then kill the boss before the teleporter is charged to 99%. Then a blue portal will open. You need 10 lunar to free the person next to the trader
