how do i use tab items? lol

i know equipment automatically goes to Q,but what the icons of items at the top of the screen/pressing tab? i cant seem to use them,clicking,double clicking,nothing worked,looking in keybinds,nothing about it to help,please help.thanks

They're passive items. Many of them have their own terms and activate when you meet their conditions, or are always active

They are basically all passives. They are being used automatically.

What's weird? If you played the first game that's exactly how it was, the only thing TAB does is let you read info on items as well as your skills by hovering over them.

The only 'usable' items you get are the equipment items, which are binded to your Q key. Everything else gives you a passive buff.
