Linux Modding Help

Was going to ask for help as Linux is usually alien language to me, but I found the answer before deciding to post. It's actually incredibly easy.

1. Install Protontricks[github.com]
   
2. In Terminal, run "protontricks 632360 --gui" and ignore the error msg.
   
3. In the GUI, choose "Select the default Wine prefix"
   
4. Choose "Install a Windows DLL or component"
   
5. Scroll down and check "winhttp" then click OK

It's done! Follow instructions to install mods as normal!

For anyone getting a sha26sum error when trying to install winhttp: It's because you installed winetricks using apt. Instead install winetricks as fllows:

cd ~/Downloads
wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Winetricks/winetricks/master/src/winetricks
chmod +x winetricks
sudo mv -v winetricks /usr/local/bin

Just fyi if you are a dude like me who tried to install mods and then searched for a solution and stumbled upon this. You have to do the protontricks, then you have to install the api and bepinex. Thanks for the solution mods seem to work fine sofar.
