Modifying saves?

So recently my save file just died and i was really heartbroken to see that most of the skins, most of the skills, most of the logs and all of the items disappear. i really love the game but i'm not farming another 200 hours for all my stuff again...

So is there anyway to edit the save file to get all my stuff back? i don't really care about my stats only my unlocks really.
