Razorwire + Hellfire Tincture= YES
Try this combo out with some Leech Seeds, Medkits and a Healing Rack. Get a Nkhunas Opinion on top and reap massive benefits.
Stacking Razorwire increases the distance it attacks so eventually you can just stand in the centre of a map and everything gets hit. Grab some Fuel Cells and a Gesture to become an endless-auto-attacking-everything-on-the-map-healing machine.
(On hit effects and clover to boost the damage)

Speaking Tonic, does drawback go away while buff is up or you must stack on cd reduction before using it to not get permanently crippled even with completed combo?

Rasorwire is amazing. Enough to clear minors early on, enough to cover huge hordes later on. Makes Burn yourself Tincture so worth it. Well, it makes catching Imps scratches worth it but tincture is better.
From what I've gotten out of it, it seems to ignore the debuff whenever you are buffed which is why Tonic + fuel cells + gestures is a very good strategy. Basically acts like an extremely OP warriors pauldron combined with shaped glass without the health debuff with 100% uptime. First gesture isn't that great though because you have to wait 10 seconds between buffs. Can be combined with warhorn for ridiculous attack speed. On top of that, the debuff seems to be relatively uncommon so it doesn't usually get in the way very much.

Helpful at close range but with this build you're attacking everything on the map so the majority won't be affected by the Focus Crystals, safer to stack on hit items like bleed, fire, sticky bombs etc so the Razorwire is constantly exploding and putting dots on everything
I mean... I think it's great early game, and while I'm sure it works endgame just about anything works endgame. Random loot will have you looking at stuff and making it explode.

The only way to remove the Tonic debuff is by using a Shrine of Order as far as I'm aware, so it's much safer to just wait til you can permanently have it on. (actually I just saw that was removed as of Skills 2.0 so it might just be permanent)

Had prity bad luck on getting cd reductions and Tonic in same run. If it could work on half baked combo it'd be great. I'll try to catch both at the same time in Newts and check if debuff turns off while Tonic is active... and if 20 stacks of -5% stat can straight up kill.

Yep, it works. Never looked close into it but its items description actually reads 'Tonic affliction: Reduce ALL stats when not under effect of Spinel tonic'.
It seems at some point it changes from additive to multiplicative. Had halved health at 10 stacks and 1/3 at 20 and closing on 40 still had somewhere around 20% health. Dont really mater as movement is allmost on halt at that point but around 20 stacks speed still was rather decent. It seems Tonic can have good use before full combo and even with gesture leaves good 20-30 minutes to collect missing pieces. Nice.

It's exponential stscking, meaning your current debuff percentage can be calculated as
debuff = 1 - 0.95^(x)
Where x is the amount of afflictions you have.

57 Leaf Clover also decreases the risk of being dealt an affliction, so if you're fortunate and find one of those before the rest, you can go much longer before being overwhelmed by the afflictions.

I see. Clover is great for this too.
