Is rallypoint delta only available on normal or monsoon?

Ive been trying to unlock the engineer skill that requires a boss to be killed in 5 seconds. Grabbing the timed chest on easy seems the best way to do this.

Unfortunately after 8 runs, my third stage has never been rallypoint delta, so theres no timed chest. Is this just extreme bad luck or have I been wasting my time?

You could find a newt shrine on stage 2 and buy rallypoint... I don't have any real way to prove it, but I have a hunch that the newer stages all have a higher frequency then the original ones. I seem to get scorched or sirens call alot more then the original maps

This tactic is ultimately what I needed to do. I had to purchase it twice because the Imp spawned the first time, which teleports after two seconds and reappears on the fouth second. Out of 20 attempts, all of the natural, unpurchased attempts did not go to rallypoint delta
