Unfair deaths during teleport
For the 4th time today on an excellent run, I go to teleport to next stage and as I'm in the teleporting animation, I get one shotted by something. Could there possibly be some sort of protection once it's done draining your money going into the teleport animation? Has this happened to others as well?

Just to make sure; is this referring to when you pause before you teleport or are you dying before you teleport, while you are still moving around?

You really should be invulnerable as soon as you push the key to 'enter teleporter.' I was actually surprised when I nearly died because this wasn't the case.

Just keep dodging like you would if you weren't waiting on the tele. I'm almost certain it's intentional because there's a noticably longer delay to teleport out if enemies are still attacking you. Dropping your guard and relaxing should only be for the Bazaar Between Time or A Moment Fractured.

It really shouldn't though. Instant-kill the remainder of the enemies or make you invulnerable, either would be acceptable.

But what about the times the teleporter is swarmed with bosses? That'd become an instant free win if you just bumrush it mashing E.

It's the other way around. The delay gets longer if you're still attacking enemies, because you're earning more money that the teleporter has to keep converting into experience.

What I mean is I stop fighting and just focus on staying alive, dodging and running for cover etc. Most times the teleporter activates right after it converts your money, but I swear when stuff is pursuing me I could count to 10 before I warp out.

This is out of topic, but i gotta ask. Is there any way to get out of 'a moment fractured'?

I once accidentally enter the portal thinking it was the bazaar portal lmao, meanwhile i don't want to end my run, yet.

Click the obelisk once, it will then ask if you're sure but also open an exit portal to continue your run to your right.

Dying while in the animation of teleporting. The game even started the transition to the next stage by fading out while I was at the result screen. No music, SFX of the teleport went, and not even a ragdoll of my character because it still teleported....

This game is a roguelike. It's meant to be hard, push you, and challenge you. Your fight isn't over until you die.

I was more than happy they added a 3-second invulnerability period at the start of each world. Usually, if I start a run, I don't take my hands off the keyboard until I enter a safe space (Bazaar, or Obelisk)
