No Waypoints?

I`m a beginner but I notice there are no waypoints in the game. Am I missing something? I cant escape the first area of the map because I cant find my way out. I don`t understand. Game looks fun in Twitch but I`m getting bored playing and trying and no progress.

You do know you need to find and activate the teleporter, right?
Look for orange/red particles in the air, those mark the area where the teleporter is found.

I knew about the Teleporter but not the Orange and red particles. It could help, I`ll check on it when I get back. Thanks.

You aren't really missing anything, the game is pretty much a "go til you win/lose" kind of game.

The red particles can be really hard to find in certain maps but i assure you it just takes a bit of running around and checking behind walls/hills to learn the lay of the land and you'll get it down real quick.

On another note about your boredom, there is an update coming in june to add a few new things in to fight away that dreadful feeling, but i hope you do enjoy :)

and once he unlocks most of the items and jumps on Monsoon, he will have a heart racing blast.

Monsoon is where its at. Honestly i think even new players should just jump right to monsoon as soon as they are done unlocking everything but brainstalks. Just makes you a better player getting used to the harder dif

I was just playing and I think the game is not for me. I wandered for 40 minutes until I found the portal but it woke a crazed lunatic sect wanting to smoke my ass. It was to much, they got me.
