Crowdfunder really blows, needs some real change for sure.
It's not my fault this game is completely luck based. My first run I lasted over an hour in solo. But every run after that I keep getting garbage items from the RNG. I am not getting any shield upgrades appearing nor speed upgrades or anything to absorb or prevent damage so It makes it very difficult to dodge certain attacks like the Titan's laser which is basically aimbot unless you have speed upgrades to outrun it. Unless you're on a map where there's lots of obstacles to obstruct it's view, but that's not a dependable source of avoiding damage.
Crowdfunder is low-key very powerful because while the cost per bullet goes up, it does so very poorly. You'll reach a point at so many loops into the game that gold means nothing to you. That's when Crowdfunder becomes a sustained 15 shots per second (1500% dps + procs) monster basically for free without requiring any fuel cells or gestures.
Problem is fuel cells and gestures exist, and the odds of you getting into the point of the game where crowdfunder is relevant but you're not up to your gills in fuel cells and can therefore more easily use Capacitor is pretty low.

just a thought.
I suggest:
- 60 second Cooldown.
- When used, fires 7x bullets per second for 7 seconds.
- Each bullet deals 25% base damage, plus more damaged based on gold divided by the number of stages you've completed (So it's not completely busted).
And above all, it shouldn't cost gold.
