my PC specs RAM 24GB CPU core I7 9700k GPU RTX2070
Please tell me,if you know how to fix this problem

Just from briefly reading over these two pages I would loosely guess you have conflicting drivers. If you have any 3rd party drivers for peripherals or other connected devices I recommend uninstalling them all and letting windows simply detect for drivers. After that, if you are using AMD GPU reinstall the most current Crimson package. And then see how things perform. I dont know about Nvidia driver set ups, I dont use Nvidia.

but yeah this is sound advice, typically if its an important windows file something like system file checker would fix it. but i believe Zod is right and its conflicting driver software.

I tried re-install all driver and playing several times.It's doing good so far,but my blue screen was coming random.when I meet blue screen,I'll posting comments this thread.

I hope it works out. I recently had a similar issue of some sort of conflicting driver. I wasnt getting a BSODs, my screen was just cutting out to black and my peripherals were becoming unresponsive. I think it was the Razor Synapse drivers screwing things up.
