It says "die three fiery deaths," yet i can't seem to get any of my deaths to count. I've died to fire DOT a multitude of times, killed by fire elites a couple times, magma worm fire DOT twice, and killed by greater wisp/ lemurian fireballs. I cannot seem to get anything to count as a 'fiery death.' Do i have to be killed by a specific enemy in a specific spot or is my game bugged?

"Fiery Death" Means dying to the Fire DoT. That means the DoT itself, not the attacks of the blazing elite/magma worm, not fall damage, not anything else. The fire Dot itself must tick down the last HP. It's finicky, but I've gotten it to register one fiery death when I died to burn DoT once, so it's definitely the fire DoT.

what difficulty were you on?

If I remember rightly, it was rainstorm. Might have been monsoon.

it can be any difficulty but you find more elites on higher level. Also as a side note if you have the plant survivor you can purposely lower your health to the point that dying to the fire DoT will be at least a little easier

You dont have to rely on blazing elites alone. Elder Lemurians (the big lizards) attacks set you on fire even when theyre not blazing elites.
