What counts as a "Firey Death?"

Just curious, but do they want the player to die to a Blazing Elite, be "shotgunned" by an Elder Lemurian, roasted to death by a worm, or is it die while transformed by the Volcanic Egg? "Die three firey deaths" is a little too intentionally vague.

You must die by getting burned a.k.a die because the fire DoT. Not directly because the attack. But get burn slowly by the damage over time after you get hit.
