How does DDMK work

I've installed a mod to replace the inferior xbox prompts with the PS ones. But I'm unsure what to choose after I've clicked ctrl + D in game to make the change.

If I remember correctly, "Prefer Local Files" should be enabled by default but you can check it on "System" after the Ctrl+D.
