Devil May Cry 3 Cutscenes Slow Down When Characters Talk

Played through DMC 1, not much issues aside from gameplay, got to DMC 3 though and i got this weird lagging or should i say slow down when the characters start talking or moving their lips, not sure which. In the first cutscene when starting a new game, when lady is talking, it happens. The video is lagging behind the audio and sometimes speeds up trying to catch up, but it's practically always behind, it even skips forward to try and catch up. It's less hard in the next scene where Dante is talking on the phone. Moving into the begining of mission 4, when Vergil starts talking, the scene practically tanks. It happens the exact same way, at the exact same times, and by the time the audio ends is about the time Arkham starts walking away. I've tried all i can, all i have found. Compatibility mode, admin rights, borderless, lower resolution, turning MSi Afterburner off, reinstalling the game completely, moving it to a faster drive, and whatever i can't remember right now. The game itself runs with no issues at all, the cutscenes are my only issue and since i have a laptop as well i tried the game on it as well, exact same settings, and everything works fine on it. Like what?
My PC's specs are
AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D CPU
AMD RX 6700 XT 12Gb GPU
AMD Software: Adrenalin 24.12.1 Drivers
32Gb DDR4 3200Mhz RAM
Win 10
And as for my perfectly well working laptop
ASUS Vivobook
AMD Ryzen 5 7430U With Radeon Graphics
Integrated GPU
Unknown Drivers That Come With This Specific Laptop and just installed themselves, can't check them or upgrade them.
16Gb DDR4 3200Mhz RAM
Win 11

Well slap my biscuit and crush my mind, cause i been struggling with this since yesterday evening. The DXVK thingy worked perfectly. I had tried reinstalling DirectX and Visual C++ yesterday, to no avail. So thanks alot, i can finally play the game as intended.
