Would a gtx 650 1gb be able to run the hd collection

I think so. The games uses about 800megs of vram in 1080p, but you should be able to run it without issues in 720p at least with a 650.

I have AMD Radeon R7 250X and it's equal to gtx 560 ti. I can play all of these games without any problems (1080p).
