Normal people. It's not motion blur per scene, it's motion blur per object, AKA Dante doing certain attacks (Shooting, Stinger), don't be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ anal.
Why would someone want a fixed game, when we can have a broken one, right?
Yeah, you are right. I did speedrun it before, i own the PS2 version and the PS3 collection, even the PS4 (Which is the same as this one.) But i was hoping someone would actually try to fix the issues on PC. It's like people forget about DMC1, which still has the best atmosphere in all DMC games and probably the best level design overall IMO, and if someone dislikes some effects, they could be turned on-off. It's like Capcom lost the source code somehow, yet they had it for PS3.
And to everyone saying "Just play the game lol" it's not really about that, I can just play Devil May Cry 1 and have a great time regardless of missing graphical effect, however I just want to see that the original vision of the game is preserved without needless compromises that the developers here have made.
