Any mods to fix DMC1?
You know, all the issues present on the PC and PS4 versions of the game, specific to DMC1. Audio-Looping, Shaders, Alpha Layers, Skyboxes, Sounds, No Motion-Blur, etc. Or should i stick with my PS3 version? The PS3 version only has the audio-looping problem, but none of the above.

Who would want motion blur in their games??? Take off your glasses and you will have motion blur all the time.

Normal people. It's not motion blur per scene, it's motion blur per object, AKA Dante doing certain attacks (Shooting, Stinger), don't be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ anal.

Why would someone want a fixed game, when we can have a broken one, right?

I wish I had all the original PS2 effects restored as well, the game without them doesn't even feel more "HD" or clearer it just looks incomplete and is missing the visual identity the original had, if I compare the steam version to the upscaled ps2 game on PCSX2 it's very clear
You could probably beat the game in the time youre looking for the fixes. I dont think its happening

Yeah, you are right. I did speedrun it before, i own the PS2 version and the PS3 collection, even the PS4 (Which is the same as this one.) But i was hoping someone would actually try to fix the issues on PC. It's like people forget about DMC1, which still has the best atmosphere in all DMC games and probably the best level design overall IMO, and if someone dislikes some effects, they could be turned on-off. It's like Capcom lost the source code somehow, yet they had it for PS3.

I've been searching for years and I have not found anyone working on project that restores these features. I wouldn't say it's impossible to do, after all, I just found out that RE4 on PC has a mod that restores the Depth of Field blur from the Gamecube version among other restored graphical effects (re4_tweaks), and the classic GTA games on PC have graphic restoration mods, however that may be the case because those effects were still in the game. A hypothesis on the PS3 version, I want to believe that that version is partially emulated or the architecture is similar enough to the PS2, seeing as it does still have motion blur as well as the underwater effect still being the same as the PS2, but on the Xbox 360 version, the issues that we see in the most recent ports are present. So to me this says that the version on the PS3 is partially emulating certain effects that were only possible on the PS2, or that the PS3's architecture allowed for the people working on the port to just implement these effects in the PS3 version but not on the Xbox 360 version.
And to everyone saying "Just play the game lol" it's not really about that, I can just play Devil May Cry 1 and have a great time regardless of missing graphical effect, however I just want to see that the original vision of the game is preserved without needless compromises that the developers here have made.

You're better off emulating the PS2 versions.
