Did uninstalling the collection delete my saves?

So for more context. I finished 1 & 3, skipped 2 for obvious reasons a few months back and had a great time.
Some time later, 5 got on sale and I decided to get the copy myself as well, but I had to uninstall the HD collection for space.
Some time passed after finishing 5 and I wanted to record some of the gameplay for my friend who was new to the series, only to find out that my saves were now gone, and I specifically remember keeping those saves.

At this point, I'm not sure if the uninstallation process removed my saves for 1 & 3 or something else happened to be the issue.
You peeps know anything about this?

They disabled the Steam Cloud Saves a while back. If the save files aren't in %USERPROFILE% \Documents\My Games\Devil May Cry HD Collection\ or steam\userdata\your id\631510 they're probably gone.

It might still be in the cloud, but you have to download and move the files manually.
