dmc 3 stuck on now loading screen

i recently got dmc hd collection and dmc 3 is just stuck loading idk what to do
dmc 1 and 2 work well

dmc 3 just doesn't launch through the launcher. It starts and closes immediately. dmc 1, 2 are working stably. previously, everything was running stably at the first installation. It is unclear what the reason is.

No. I reinstalled the game, started checking files in steam, but it didn't help

I encountered someone who has the same problem and found out that the DDMK mod was the issue.

Your last resort might be installing the latest image disc of your current Windows OS to repair possible corrupted files. Might take 2 hours of installation in the process.
